HSE Wins 'Best Hot Dog' Award

Hamilton Southeastern High School is this year's winner for 'Best Hot Dog' as judged by HomeTown Sports' incredibly huge Big Jan Boser. "When you combine plump, juicy, a fresh bun and toss in easily accessible condiments, you got a winner", said Jan. Folks at the HSE concession stand lobbied hard this year after placing second to Carmel in 2008. When asked if Jan prefers pork or beef dogs, he replied, "Parts is parts...I don't care as long as it ain't a turkey dog". Honorable mention this year goes to Fishers and Carmel High Schools. Failing from the top 5 was Noblesville, who failed to open their stand until tip off of one of the varsity games. On the bottom: Muncie Central.
